The scene opens with a close-up of a heavily pregnant woman, her swollen belly tight against her skin. She gasps for air and clutches it, her nails digging into her palms. The camera pans down to reveal a large pool of sweat beneath her, hinting at the intense effort she's been putting forth.
A voiceover, deep and commanding, echoes through the room: "Labor! Now???? Pregnant has a duration of 10 minute 4 seconds."
The scene cuts to a man, dressed as a doctor, entering the room. He too is sweating heavily, his eyes darting between the woman on the bed and the clock on the wall. Without wasting another second, he grabs a fistful of hair from the woman's head and yanks her forward, forcing her to look into his eyes.
" He growls menacingly, "Don't play naive with me, you know exactly what I'm talking about."
