Brooke and Vanessa are stepsisters who have always been close, sharing secrets and confiding in each other. One day, while their parents are out, they reveal a secret crush they both share - Vanessa's friend, Tyler. Without telling each other, they both invite Tyler over for a party. As the night progresses and the alcohol flows, Tyler becomes increasingly flirtatious with both girls.
In a moment of drunken courage, Vanessa suggests they all go to her room to listen to music. Once there, Tyler locks the door and starts making moves on Vanessa. Despite being invited, Brooke feels left out and jealous as she watches her stepsis and her secret crush kiss passionately. Unable to control her emotions, Brooke confronts them both, admitting she has had feelings for Tyler too.
A heated argument ensues, but soon both parties realize their mistake and apologize.
